MEET THE TEAM
Our strong and caring team of Early Years staff include Katy, Alisha, Victoria, Jane and Chris, who bring a wealth of experience and qualifications between them and are all on hand to care for your children. We believe our staff are our greatest asset, and we are proud of the work they do every day to create a safe, secure and happy environment where children can flourish.
Katy
Manager (Level 3 NVQ in childcare)
Katy has been working with children since she was sixteen. She loves working with families and children to find their interests and bring out their full potential. In her own time, Katy enjoys walking her dog and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Alisha
Deputy Manager (Level 3 NVQ in childcare)
Alisha has worked in various childcare settings and enjoys creating activities for the children to enjoy and to support their development. Outside of work, Alisha is raising her two children and enjoys holidays and family time.
Victoria
Qualified Early Years Practitioner
Victoria is very good at nurturing the children and supporting them as they transition into preschool. Outside of preschool, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
Jane
Early Years Practitioner
Jane has been at Plaistow Preschool since 2000. She has worked with many children and supported them through their preschool journey. In her own time, she enjoys spending lots of time with her two children.
Chris
Bank Staff
Chris is a retired primary school teacher who does bank work at our preschool. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and gardening in her own time.
Maggie
Chief Canine Comfort Officer
Maggie is our beautiful and gentle dog, who brings joy and comfort to the children during her visits, creating a calm and loving atmosphere.
